We Are Here
Your Concierge was founded with one simple mission. It probably
sounds trite or maybe a little old-fashioned but it is just the
simple truth: we founded Your Concierge to prove that there is still
a time and a place for great service delivered with absolute integrity.
And we have the radical notion that there might be a market for
that.
It seems like such a simple thing but it really isn't. Consider
your interactions with people in the service industry in this era:
the waiters that serve you, the bank tellers that greet you, the
staff at the hotel that you visit... Some of them are wonderful.
Some aren't.
Do you ever wonder why a business would hire someone who just doesn't
care about your satisfaction, and who doesn't seem to associate
any pride with the work they are doing? We don't get it... we think
that it's pretty obvious that people want to work with people that
care. Moreover, we think that people want to work with people they
trust. People simply want to trust.
We are buildling a company that is willing to invest to earn your
trust. We do this with the belief that you will come back again
and again as a result. Our investment will be repaid with a long
term relationship with you.

Building
Trust
We think we can earn your trust through a very simple formula:
Trust = Excellence
+ Integrity
First, we're are going to do a great job for you. And we are always,
always going to try to improve. If we consistently perform (and
even improve) you will trust our work.
Second, we are going to deal with you with honesty and with real
integrity. We are not going to tell you we can do something if we
can't. We are not going to charge you exorbitant prices for our
work. And we are going to approach all of our services as we would
want them approached for us.

Assigned
Concierge
When you establish a relationship with Your Concierge, you will
actually be assigned a single 'go-to' resource who will become Your
Concierge. That person probably won't be the person that actually
cleans your house or shampoos your carpet. But that person will
be the person that is responsible for proper delivery of that service.
You won't have to wonder who to talk to if you need something. And
if there is ever a problem, you won't have to wonder who is going
to listen to your complaint. Your assigned concierge will be your
personal representative.

Payment
Process
We send our clients a single invoice at month's end. If you have
had maid service, dry cleaning service, and roses delivered to your
significant other... you'll get one single invoice with line-item
detail. You can mail us a check or pay over the phone with your
credit card (many customers have us automatically debit their card).

Membership
If you are a frequent customer (we think you will be eventually),
you will want to consider becoming a Your Concierge Member. That
membership entitles you to discounts on nearly all of our services
and puts you in the loop on frequent promotions and specials that
we and our vendors run. Memberships cost $20 per month.
